Africa has the highest proportion of women in senior management (38%), only slightly ahead of Eastern Europe (35%). North America (29%) and APAC (27%) have the lowest figures. The smallest percentage of female executives was registered among CMOs (17%) and CIOs (16%) as women are more likely to work as CFOs (30%) and HR directors (40%).
