FBK’s international expertise allows us to prepare valuation reports in compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) for submission to foreign regulatory bodies or engagement with international investors.

We also conduct valuations in accordance with Russian Valuation Standards. Application of Federal Valuation Standards (FVS) is required when mandated by Russian law or when clients include real economy companies and public banks.

Based on 2025 results, FBK ranks 3rd among audit firms and 4th among consulting firms and groups for valuation revenue. The company is heading the 2024 ranking of valuation groups focusing on business and securities valuation. The FBK Group has risen in the ranking of the largest valuation groups for 2024, climbing from fifth to third place. Furthermore, FBK Consulting, part of the FBK Group, showed remarkable progress, leaping from fourth to second spot among the largest valuation firms.
