Sustainability reporting preparation is a complex process involving the collection and analysis of data on various aspects of the company's activities. Sustainability reporting can be presented as sustainability reports, ESG reports, or annual reports containing information on the company's sustainability performance.

Organising and conducting stakeholder engagement during reporting preparation, taking into account the requirements of international standards, including AA1000SES and AA1000AP.

Sustainability reporting preparation consists of the following stages:

Developing a reporting preparation schedule and project organisational and administrative documentation.
Analysing best practices in non-financial reporting, stakeholder requests, received ratings/rankings assessments, etc., to develop recommendations for report content.
Developing a stakeholder map and determining the list of material matters.
Developing the report concept and text structure.
Collecting data considering the requirements of relevant standards and recommendations, including preparing information requests related to the report's topics.
Consultancy support during the collection and analysis of information required for report text preparation.
Preparing the sustainability report’s text in accordance with applicable standards.

Upon completion of sustainability reporting, the client receives:

Sustainability reporting for the entity's internal or external needs.
Improvement of the data collection system considering necessary standard and recommendation requirements.
Development of communication and collaboration skills with other company departments or employees.
Compliance with legislative requirements, including those of regulators and stock exchanges.
