FBK Specialists at the Gazprom Seminar on Transfer Pricing

The experts of FBK departments of Financial Consulting and Bank Audit and Consulting and the core practices of FBK Legal acted as the organizers, moderators and speakers at the seminar-workshop on the tax control of prices in the transactions between Gazprom Group related parties (transfer pricing) and the topical issues of the mineral extraction tax calculation (NDPI).

The seminar was attended by the leading specialists and heads of Gazprom subdivisions, the employees of the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

The participants in the conference spoke about the procedure of preparation and submission of notifications about controlled transactions to the tax inspections, about the current issues of application of the rules of tax control prices, in particular, requirements to the documentation, disclosures, the documentation procedure and other topical issues of transfer pricing.

Galina Akchurina, the head of FBK Legal Tax Litigation Practice, presented a substantial report to the audience. She spoke about the TP tax litigation practice and the burning issues of the procedure of audits of the tax calculation completeness and payment on the transactions between the related parties.

The seminar was also attended by the managers, the leading specialists and experts of the FBK and FBK Legal departments of financial consulting, bank audit and consulting and tax consulting Zlata Marenkova, Alexey Borisov, Alesya Khomich.
